This is a request for information filed under the Freedom of Information Act.
I request that you provide me a copy of the complaint that was filed which initiated a letter to Vicki Reinhardt concerning the “Wildlife Conservation Act, baiting and feeding regulations”, Act 66 of 1999. The letter you drafted to Vicki Reinhardt was dated March 16th, 2009.
I request a waiver of all fees for this request since the disclosure of the information I seek is not primarily in my commercial interest, and is likely to contribute significantly to public understanding of the operations or activities of the government, making the disclosure a matter of public interest.
If you deny any or all of this request, please cite each specific exemption you feel justifies the refusal to release the information and notify me of the appeal procedures available to me under the law.
